针对两种布置形式(水平布置和对角布置)的串列双方柱,通过同步测压风洞试验,在雷诺数为Re = 8.0×104、间距比为P/B = 1.75 ~ 5.00(其中P为方柱中心间距、B为方柱边长)条件下,得到了两种布置形式串列双方柱的表面风压,重点研究了对角串列双方柱的气动力、风压分布、Strouhal数等气动性能随方柱间距的变化规律,并与水平串列双方柱进行比较。水平串列双方柱的气动力在P/B = 3.00 ~ 3.50时会发生跳跃现象,下游方柱的平均阻力由负值突变为正值,而对角下游方柱平均阻力系数则均为负值。结果表明:当P/B<3.00时,对角串列双方柱的平均和脉动气动力系数、最大平均负压强度和脉动风压系数均大于水平串列双方柱,而当P/B > 3.00时则情况相反;对角串列双方柱的Strouhal数明显小于相同间距下的水平串列双方柱,且在P/B <3.00时对角串列双方柱的升力功率谱出现了多个峰值。 相似文献

设计了一种4层叠层模用于实现游戏机手柄的高效率注塑生产,解决了塑件成型时在保证塑件成型精度的基础上,单次注塑量产数量4倍倍增难题。4层叠层模的结构由4层结构相同的单层模具通过一定的空间组序排列组装后,应用立式注塑机来进行注射成型。单层模结构设计采用两板式2次开模热流道浇注两板模形式,第一次开模用于热流道嘴与塑件的冷流道部分分离,第二次开模用于塑件从型腔镶件中脱模脱出。为解决单层模做4层叠层组合后,顶出板无动力顶出的问题,在单层模的模架模板侧边对称设置了拉杆,将单层模在开模动力转化为单层模中顶出板的顶出拉力,巧妙地解决了单层模做4层叠层安装后各单层模的顶出元件顶出板无推动力的问题。模具结构布局及机构的驱动设置设计合理,有较好的工程设计参考意义。 相似文献

This paper presents the stability improvement results of hybrid doubly fed induction generator (DFIG)-based and permanent magnet generator (PMG)-based offshore wind farms (OWFs) using a static synchronous series compensator (SSSC). An adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) controller of the proposed SSSC is designed to render adequate damping characteristics to the studied system. A frequency-domain approach based on a linearized system model using eigenvalue technique analysis is performed. A time-domain scheme based on a nonlinear system model subject to a three-phase short circuit fault at infinite bus with variations in the signal transmission delays has also been investigated to compare the damping of the studied system in cases of with and without controller. The simulation results with MATLAB/SIMULINK toolbox have been presented. It can be concluded from the simulation results that the proposed SSSC joined with the designed ANFIS damping controller can offer adequate damping performance to the studied hybrid DFIG-based and PMG-based OWFs under severe disturbance. 相似文献

In recent years, frequent damage to wind turbines by winter lightning has been reported in the region along the Sea of Japan. It is a serious finding that lightning hits concentrate on wind turbines in this region. The authors investigated the increase rate of the frequency of lightning hits on wind turbines due to wind turbine construction by using LLS (lightning location system) data. As a result, an experimental formula to estimate the increase rate of the frequency of lightning hits on wind turbines as a function of parameters related to the construction conditions, namely the height of wind turbines, the height above sea level, and the latitude, is proposed. 相似文献

This paper describes algorithms that use demand-side management to address large-scale integration of wind power. In particular, demand response (DR) is used to manage wind power intermittency by shifting the time that electrical power system loads occur in response to real-time prices and wind availability. An economic dispatch with transmission, DR capacity and operational constraints is used to model the operation of a transmission constrained system with a high penetration of wind power. This optimization model is used to determine the optimal sizing and distribution of DR given a fixed budget for customer incentives and the installation of enabling technology. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the operational model based on a simple PJM 5-bus system and an IEEE 118-bus system. Simulation results show that transmission constraints have a greater effect on sizing of DR capacity than the location of wind power, which means that buses electrically close to congested lines tend to have higher incentives to deploy DR resources than other buses. The second part of the work examines optimal siting of technology that enables DR based on the frequency of DR based load changes, which are generally a function of the network location. 相似文献

This paper presents a self-optimizing robust control scheme that can maximize the power generation for a variable speed wind turbine with Doubly-Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) operated in Region 2. A dual-loop control structure is proposed to synergize the conversion from aerodynamic power to rotor power and the conversion from rotor power to the electrical power. The outer loop is an Extremum Seeking Control (ESC) based generator torque regulation via the electric power feedback. The ESC can search for the optimal generator torque constant to maximize the rotor power without wind measurement or accurate knowledge of power map. The inner loop is a vector-control based scheme that can both regulate the generator torque requested by the ESC and also maximize the conversion from the rotor power to grid power. An ℋ∞ controller is synthesized for maximizing, with performance specifications defined based upon the spectrum of the rotor power obtained by the ESC. Also, the controller is designed to be robust against the variations of some generator parameters. The proposed control strategy is validated via simulation study based on the synergy of several software packages including the TurbSim and FAST developed by NREL, Simulink and SimPowerSystems. 相似文献

In this paper, permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) are investigated. According to the feature of PMSMs, a novel state equation of PMSMs is obtained by choosing suitable state variables. Based on the state equation, robust controllers are designed via interval matrix and PI control idea. In terms of bilinear matrix inequations, sufficient conditions for the existence of the robust controller are derived. In order to reduce the conservation and the dependence on parameter, the control inputs of PMSMs are divided into two parts, a feedforward control input and a feedback control input, and relevant sufficient conditions for the existence of the controller are obtained. Because of the suitable choice of state variables, the proposed control strategies can cope with the load uncertainty and have robustness for disturbance. Finally, simulations are carried out via Matlab/Simulink soft to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategies. The load applied to a machine tool feed drive changes during the machining process as material is removed. This load change alters the Coulomb friction of the feed drive. Because Coulomb friction accounts for a large part of the total friction the friction compensation control accuracy of the feed drives is limited if this nonlinear change in the applied load is not considered. This paper presents a new friction compensation method that estimates the machine tool load in real time and considers its effect on friction characteristics. A friction observer based on a Kalman filter with load estimation is proposed for friction compensation control considering the applied load change. A specially designed feed drive testbed that enables the applied load to be modified easily was constructed for experimental verification.
